Madsen-Seatter machine gun tripod in surplus good to very-good condition.
This is very similar to German Lafetta tripods but in typical Danish style, it is simplied, lighter and easier to use than its German cousin. Designed to mount a Madsen-Saetter machine gun, but can be easily adapted for a wide variety of other beltfeds. The soft mount design absorbs the recoil impulse, keeping the tripod in position during firing. It has a precision T&E for making small adjustments at distance and a remote trigger for easy firing with your left or right hand. It folds up nearly flat for easy transport and storage and can be fielded in under a minute. It's a great, simple design that can lend itself to many weapons.
