    The ALG high energy mainspring (hammer spring) is a performance replacement spring for the AK47, AKM and AK74 series of weapons. It is a chrome silicon single wire spring fabricated per ASTM A401 specifications. This High Energy Spring develops 25% more torque over a standard factory main hammer spring.

    Lowering lock time and also increasing the consistency of primer ignition. Great for clones that need a little help or those using surplus ammo that have hard primers.

    Product Review: This is a great spring for your AK hammer. It reduces lock time and the hammer hits hard with it. Good for military ammo. Here's the difference with the woven spring. With the two strand woven spring if one strand breaks the rifle will still fire. If a one strand spring breaks you're crewed till you install a new spring. If you are using the rifle for target shooting go with the one strand spring on the battlefield use the two strand spring.
