Product Review: I purchased 3 additional magazines for my CSX. 2 of the 3 magazines purchased would only feed 11 rounds into the magazine. After researching the issue I was able to determine that S&W was at fault and assembled the magazines incorrectly. The defective magazines need to be disassembled, then the follower needs to be installed 180 degrees from how it is assembled. I used a small punch to detach the follower. Spin the follower around to reinstall the spring to the opposite hole. Then reassemble. After this fix all three magazines would reliably load 12 rounds and feed into the firearm with a loaded chamber. I'm happy I was able to fix the magazines and they all work properly now. It does require some patience and work but once these are fixed they are great magazines.
